A Journey Elevated by Inspiration: Economics, Fashion, and Style Converge
Life is both a search for meaning and one of the countless ways to express oneself.
My journey has been shaped by the miracles rooted in my family ties, the loving and respectful reflections of conversations with my friends, the inspiration drawn from the colors of nature, and the knowledge and experience gained through my education. Yet, I have always been driven by a greater purpose: to be of service to humanity.
This goal continues to guide me both in my daily life and in my designs.
My Perspective on Economics and First Steps into Writing
My articles published in Ekovitrin Magazine have garnered significant interest among a wide readership, standing out as notable contributions to economic discourse.
In these writings, I have explored topics such as the transformation of family businesses, sustainable economies, women’s leadership, and the new generation of management approaches — all of which have received positive feedback and strong engagement from both the business world and academic circles.
My book, Family Business Management and the Second Generation, is also a meaningful reflection of this body of work.
I believe it is possible to bring together art and economics, emotion and strategy, in the same crucible.

Fashion and Design: An Outward Reflection of a State of Mind
With the meticulousness and perfectionism of a Virgo, I see fashion not merely as a style of dressing, but as a reflection of values and emotions. In my fashion collection, I drew inspiration from the magnificent colors of the peacock. This splendid yet graceful spirit found life in my designs.
In this collection, I brought together the natural life of Los Angeles’ dazzling Coronado Island with the modern plaza atmosphere on the opposite shore, uniting naturalness with an urban soul. These lines, which combine the inner balance of a self-confident woman with her stance in the external world, built a bridge between the art of living and fashion.
In my jewelry designs, I blended the aesthetic heritage of the Ottoman Empire with the strong and independent spirit of the modern woman. Each piece carries elegance, history, and meaning. The finely crafted symbols and lines offer a journey from the past to the present.

A Search for Deeper Meaning Through Spirituality
Throughout the entire creative process, my spiritual values have been my compass.
As I seek balance in my life, I often take refuge in this saying of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him):
“The best of people are those who are most beneficial to others.”
(Dārimī, Muqaddimah, 9)
With this philosophy, I strive to build deep connections and leave lasting impacts not only in the field of fashion but in every aspect of life. I seek sociability not on the surface, but in meaning and sharing.
For me, the flavor of life lies not merely in having fun, but in moving forward by creating, sharing, and imbuing things with meaning.
Words That Inspire
On my fashion journey, vision is just as important as aesthetics.
This quote by Apple’s founder Steve Jobs has always deeply influenced me:
“Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.”
For me too, design is not merely an image, but an experience that integrates with a way of life. That is why, in my collections, I include not only aesthetic elements but also functional aspects that reflect the person’s soul and needs.
And this quote by Coco Chanel forms the basis of the timelessness I aim for in my designs:
“Fashion fades, only style remains the same.”
